- Welcome to Nice N Cozy Interiors (Pty) Ltd Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of www.nicencozyinteriors.co.za and the sale and purchase of our products to you is subject to the conditions set out below. Your use of our website and purchasing of products from Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd indicates your understanding and agreement with our Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior written notice and at the sole discretion of Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should leave this website immediately. If you have any questions relating to these Terms and Conditions, please contact us before placing your order.
- Products shown on our website are available for sale within the limits of available stock and under the conditions of sale specified on the website. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled owing to lack of stock or stock delays, you will be advised.
- We reserve the right to refuse orders where the product information, price or product promotions have been incorrectly published.
- Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify without notice, at any time the products displayed on the website.
- Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd shall not be held liable in any way should we run out of stock or if some products become unavailable or are discontinued.
- For your orders to be fulfilled, receive newsletters or log into our website to access orders, you may be asked to enter personal information such as full names, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number, username and password. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate and complete. Furthermore, we may use this information to personalize your experience, to respond to clients requests, to run a promotion, to run a survey, to improve our website, to request for reviews and ratings or send you information about Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd and its products. We protect your personal information and we make visits to our website as strictly confidential and secure as possible.
- All prices, discounts and promotions posted on our site are subject to change without notice.
- Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd may refuse to accept your order at any time at our sole discretion, with or without an explanation. You will not be charged for that order.
- We reserve the right to terminate any transaction that we believe to be fraudulent or not genuine. We may explore legal action in the event of criminal activity.
- You may edit your order before it is shipped. You must notify us telephonically. Please note, any changes to your order may delay your order from being dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, regrettably you may not edit or cancel your order.
- Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd ships orders through the use of Courier and Postnet. We do not use the South African Postal Service and we do not deliver to post office boxes.
- Dependent on the volume of orders, Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd cannot always guarantee that orders will be shipped the same business day; however we endeavour to send all orders received within 1-3 working days regardless of the delivery option selected. All delivery times are only estimates and shall not be guaranteed. Delivery of orders will also depend on the option that was selected at the delivery stage. We will make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated time frames, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
- Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered to the address supplied for an order. We will provide tracking information and courier information for the client at the email address provided in the order form. Risk of loss and damage passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.
- Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd.’s name, logos are registered and use of these without prior written permission is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and an infringement of Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd.’s Intellectual Property.
- With regards to Force Majeure, Nice N Cozy Interiors Pvt Ltd will not be responsible to you nor deemed to have breached these Terms and Conditions for any failure or delay in our performance under these Terms and Conditions when such failure or delay has been caused by acts or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

DELIVERY AND COURIER
We use various courier options as well as the Postnet to Postnet option. Please note, we do not use the South African Postal Services. You can choose our door to door courier which requires you or someone to be available at the delivery address during 0800-1700 Hours. Alternatively, you can collect from the courier depot when you are available. We also use Postnet to Postnet which allows you to collect your parcel from a Postnet closest to you and collect on Saturdays. Please feel free to request a quote on the various options to get the best service. Our deliveries are usually within 1-3 business days.
For Regional and International orders please enquire the options we have for your country.
Please Note: Delivery of your order is subject to the courier, we unfortunately are not in control of any unforeseen eventualities that may arise. In general our courier services have done a great job.
Payment is required upfront before dispatch of any orders. Acceptable payment terms include:
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
- Direct Cash Deposit into our account (banking details available upon request).
Kindly note, if you select the EFT option, your order will only be dispatched once your payment clears into our bank account.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- We strive our best to ensure that your order is delivered to you according to your specification. All products displayed and sold by Nice N Cozy Interiors Pvt Ltd are subject to stringent quality control standards. It should be well noted that some of our products are handcrafted and as such, there will be a certain degree of inequality with some designs and colours. This is not considered a defect.
- However, if you change your mind about the items you have purchased from us, and they are still in the condition in which we sold them to you i.e. saleable condition, you can return or exchange them. We accept returns of the unused and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery according to our Returns and Exchange Policy. The items should be accompanied by their original receipt and in their original packaging.
- Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
- If the product is damaged as you received it, please contact us to notify us and send us images as proof within 7 days of delivery. Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd will evaluate the defect/damage and honour the refund if defect existed at time of delivery.
- Nice N Cozy Interiors Pvt Ltd will not refund any damages arising from misuse/abuse by the customer, normal wear and tear or if the customer did not duly comply with the care instructions and maintenance of the item. Nice N Cozy Interiors Pvt Ltd reserves the right to refer faulty returned items for technical assessment prior to replacing with a new item. You will be notified should this situation arise.
- Once we are satisfied of the condition of the item, you will be refunded or be given the option to exchange your item.
- Sadly, we do not issue refunds on items bought on “Sale”, please ensure you are happy with your Sale item before you purchase.
- We do not offer refunds on parcels that have been returned to us due to customer’s absence or package refusal or address error.
- Any incorrect orders sent to you erroneously can be returned back to us at no charge from you. Please notify us immediately so we arrange collection as well as your refund. Please keep these products in the original packaging they were sent in, do not use as you will automatically be liable for the purchase. They must be in a saleable condition that you received them as.
- Gift Vouchers will not be refunded once issued.
- If you are uncertain about any aspects relating to our Returns and Exchange Policy, please contact us before making your purchase.
HANDY TIPS ON PRODUCT CARE
- Most of our products can be machine washed and at a low temperature of 30 degrees celcius. If in doubt, rather hand wash items.
- Some products may require to be washed strictly by hand. However, you may use a “gentle cycle” on the washing machine.
- If washing by hand, avoid soaking for long.
- Avoid the use of bleaching agents.
- Avoid dry cleaning.
- Do not use fabric softeners on items that have been quilted as the padding will become too soft losing its crispiness.
- When ironing quilted items with padding, do a light press to avoid flattening the item.
- Quilted items are best dried flat – avoiding squeezing or wringing.
- Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd offers a Lay-By Facility to you where we reserve products chosen by you on your behalf which you pay over an agreed period of time. Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd retains these products until you have paid the full purchase price of the products. Lay-By goods shall remain the property of Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd until the final payment is made.
- At the discretion of Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd, certain products may not qualify for purchase as Lay-By products, you will be notified at the time of purchase.
- Bring your valid SA ID to apply. Non-SA citizens are welcome, bring your valid Passport to secure your Lay-By. You can take out a Lay-By if you are under 18 provided that you have a valid SA ID or Passport.
- No credit checks or affordability requirements. We do not ask for bank statements, payslips or your credit score.
- No interest or any extra hidden costs except for Courier if you decide not to collect your Lay-By directly from us. We can deliver your purchase with our Courier at a flat rate of R75 nationwide anywhere in South Africa.
- No opening fee or initiation fees will be charged on the Lay-By.
- R500 is the required minimum spend per Lay-By.
- 25% Deposit is required to secure the Lay-By. The Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd Lay-By is spread over 4 months and paid in 4 equal payments. This Lay-By period cannot be extended beyond 4 months. Each monthly payment is equivalent to 25% of the purchase price. You are more than welcome to pay more than the agreed monthly payment so as to collect your purchase earlier than the stipulated 4 months.
- You can have more than 1 Lay-By provided that you pay the required 25% deposit and remaining 3 payments as and when they are due. Each Lay-By is independent from another.
- You can make your monthly payment into our bank account or in store. Always use your Order Number as reference when paying into our bank account. If paying in store, you will be issued with receipts, please keep them safe until collection. You will receive your monthly Lay-By statement and reminder for payment.
- When your account is settled, that is, the full purchase price has been paid, arrangements will be made with you to collect your purchase from us. Alternatively, you can opt for our Courier Delivery at an additional flat rate of R75 nationwide to your doorstep.
- Collection of Lay-By goods can only be done by the purchaser, valid SA ID or Passport required at collection. However, if you would like somebody else to collect on your behalf, please furnish them with a signed letter of permission or consent from you as well as a copy of your valid SA ID or Passport.
- You can cancel your Lay-By at any stage in the 4 month period. You will receive a full refund free of termination/cancellation penalty fees. You will receive your full refund within 30 days.
- Nice N Cozy Interiors Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel your Lay-By if you fail to comply with the above said Lay-By conditions or terms. You will be refunded in full all monies paid to date within 30 days.
How To Apply For Your Lay-By via Online
- Browse or search for your product/s online our website and Add To Cart.
- Proceed to Checkout and in the “Notes” section, please type “Lay-By”.
- Proceed to select “Collection” and “Place Order”.
- You will receive your unique Order Number which you will use to activate your Lay-By with us as well as to make payments into our bank account.
- We will contact you to activate your Lay-by. A 25% deposit will be required within 24 hours to secure your Lay-By.
- Alternatively, you are more than welcome to come in store to activate your Lay-By facility.
How To Apply For Your Lay-By via WhatsApp
- Browse or search for your product/s online from our website and send us a WhatsApp requesting for a Lay-By with the stock codes or images of what you want to put on Lay-By.
- We will check stock on our website and give you confirmation of product availability before we can activate the Lay-By facility for you. If the product has been purchased by an online shopper, it will not be available for you to purchase on Lay-By.
- Upon receipt of your order confirmation, you can come in store and we can activate your Lay-By facility. A 25% deposit will be required.
